Results

Management achievements

Founding the Projects & Industry Collaboration Center

HIT · 2016–2025

Built from scratch a centre connecting students with industry: a two-semester project model in which the project manager is the partner company’s single point of contact, so the company receives a professionally built solution at no cost and with almost no time investment. More than 25 projects were completed for high-tech companies, government bodies and market leaders.

Enterprise cyber risk management framework

Survey of Israel · 2023–present

Developed and implemented organisation-level cyber risk management procedures, together with a training programme — courses and workshops for activity managers — so that risk management became part of the working routine rather than a document on a shelf.

Technology roadmap and success metrics

~300 daily users

Formulated and executed the organisational technology roadmap, with milestones and KPIs enabling ongoing oversight of progress and of technology investments.

Running a company with P&L responsibility

WGS · 2011–2015

Managed all company operations — strategy, budget and bottom line, ~NIS 3M annual revenue, a team of 8, and complete software projects from needs analysis to deployment and maintenance at the client site.

Leading the migration to open source

"Erez" administration

Led the migration of the entire GIS environment to open source, alongside specification and development management of the "Or" movement-coordination application.

Governance

IT governance

Where my research meets my management practice: how an information system becomes something a board and an executive team can genuinely supervise.

  • Translating technological risks and opportunities into board- and executive-level language.
  • Deep understanding of cyber risk management, information security and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors and owning the bottom line.
  • Understanding of AI, Big Data and IoT alongside controlled, ethical oversight of their adoption.
  • Defining success metrics that make technology investment trackable over time.

Board readiness

Certified directors training alongside CEO experience with budget responsibility and oversight of national information systems.

Technology oversight

Bridging management, the board and stakeholders in language everyone understands.

Risk & cyber governance

Deep understanding of cyber risk management, information security and regulatory compliance.

Budget accountability

Proven experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors and owning the bottom line.

Responsible innovation

Controlled, ethical adoption of AI, Big Data and IoT — with controls in place from day one.
