Alongside the management roles I keep building myself — complete systems end to end, from specification to production deployment.
A national system managing the cadastral data of the State of Israel. I managed development end to end — from POC and needs analysis, through technical specifications and work with Enterprise Architecture, to a user-focused product.

An enterprise project management platform with a full WBS hierarchy (portfolio → programme → project → task), four views including a Gantt chart built from scratch with full RTL support, an AI-based risk engine, RBAC across 5 roles and Google Calendar integration.

A training application for paramedic-course trainees and ambulance drivers: 340 multiple-choice questions across 33 topics, 55 voice anamnesis cases where the patient talks back and AI gives feedback, 34 full PHTLS field scenarios and a management dashboard. Built for United Hatzalah trainees, Sha’ar HaNegev group.

A system that generates multiple-choice exams from PDF and Word files using AI, with full gamification (XP, levels, badges, daily streaks), a leaderboard, link/QR sharing and web source expansion.

An IoT project on the HIT campus: dozens of sensors and a LoRaWAN communications network monitoring living conditions and air quality in classrooms and laboratories, with a UI making the processed information accessible to end users. Extended towards information security, pollutant monitoring, illumination, recycling and AR-based visitor services.
